Everpure is hiring an Engineering Manager for its FlashArray Foundation Quality Engineering team in Bangalore. The role leads quality engineers and software test developers, defines shift-left test automation and release-readiness strategies, partners with development, product, release, and support teams, and modernizes test frameworks and AI-assisted engineering workflows. The position requires extensive software leadership and systems testing experience, including Python, Linux, storage protocols, hardware qualification, fault injection, and reliability testing, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
