Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Quality Manager to lead quality and mission success for the Backshop Operations Avionics Product Center in Connecticut. The role reports to the Quality Senior Manager, leads salary and hourly quality personnel, manages quality plans and budgets, supports customer and DCMA compliance, participates in program reviews and product teams, and drives continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, industrial, quality-assurance, or a related STEM discipline, experience with quality-management systems, and experience presenting quality-focused proposals. The salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
