Description
The Quality Manager oversees quality principles across design, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and research and development for make-or-buy products. The role performs technical evaluations, collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers, leads failure investigations and corrective actions, improves supplier and internal performance, evaluates quality systems, and designs inspection and testing processes. It requires manufacturing and quality-systems experience, leadership experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
