Onto Innovation is hiring a Quality Engineering Program Manager to support new product releases across NPI, supplier quality, manufacturing, and field service. The role leads supplier readiness, APQP and PPAP activities, process validation, 8D/4D problem solving, change control, and supplier performance management while collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and regional teams. It requires a BS in engineering, 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing or NPI experience, and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt and ASQ certification. The position is full-time with 25% travel and a base salary of $100,800 to $151,200.
