Description
The Quality Manager oversees quality principles across design, incoming materials, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and research and development. The role performs technical evaluations, collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers, leads failure investigations and corrective and preventive actions, improves supplier and internal performance, evaluates quality systems, and designs inspection and testing processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience leading teams, with AS9100/AS9102/AS9145, government-customer, root-cause analysis, and performance-metrics experience preferred. It is a full-time role with a salary range of $158,700 to $294,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
