Pratt & Whitney is hiring an experienced Quality Leader for its Advanced Casting Foundry in Asheville, North Carolina. The onsite role leads quality engineering and clinic activities, drives compliance and issue resolution, supports FAA and AS9100 scope expansion, leads process improvement using DMAIC, CORE, and Lean methods, and oversees quality resources and nonconforming-material decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience, plus at least 3 years in quality engineering. The salary range is 132,400 USD to 251,600 USD, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement matching, and other programs.
