Description
1X is hiring a Polymer Production Quality Engineer to own quality on its polymer production line. The role focuses on process and product audits, rapid containment of production issues, leading the Material Review Board, analyzing production data, and using PFMEA, control plans, and other quality methods to prevent escapes and improve product quality. The position requires at least five years of polymer or materials production experience, adhesive-dispensing expertise, root-cause investigation experience, data-analysis proficiency, and familiarity with quality methods; an associate's degree in a related field is also required. Compensation is $42–$50 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
