Description
The Quality Engineering Validation Manager will lead quality standards, inspection protocols, validation plans, tooling qualification, packaging and fill-line qualification, manufacturing equipment commissioning, supplier audits, CAPA management, failure analysis, and technical risk mitigation across Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando products. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or quality assurance experience, and knowledge of packaging technologies, tolerance and stack analysis, statistical tools, and CAD. The position is based in Mammoth Brands’ SoHo office with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, domestic and international travel of up to 40%, and a base salary of $132,000-$160,000.
