Description
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is hiring a Quality Engineering Validation Manager to lead quality standards, inspection protocols, validation plans, and manufacturing process improvement across soft and hard products for brands including Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. The role partners with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, and global manufacturing suppliers to qualify new tooling and equipment, manage IQ/OQ/PQ and other validation activities, drive CAPAs and root-cause investigations, and improve manufacturability, compliance, and customer experience. The position is based in Mammoth Brands’ SoHo office with an in-office Tuesday-Thursday model and up to 40% domestic and international travel.
