Easterseals Blake Foundation is hiring a full-time Quality First Coach to provide coaching, training, technical assistance, monitoring, and reflective support to early childhood programs enrolled in the Quality First program. The role visits childcare centers, group homes, and family home-care providers, develops Quality Improvement Plans, submits reports, and collaborates with program staff and other technical assistance providers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field with at least 18 college credits, five years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting serving children birth through eight years of age, and a current Arizona driver’s license; bilingual Spanish ability is preferred. The position pays $21.63-$27.09 depending on education and experience.
