Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is hiring a full-time Quality First Coach to provide coaching, training, technical assistance, monitoring, and reflective support to early childhood programs enrolled in the Quality First program. The role visits childcare centers, group homes, family home-care providers, and other program sites in Pinal County, collaborates with program staff, develops quality improvement plans, submits reports, and follows mandated-reporting procedures. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field with at least 18 college credits, five years of experience in a regulated early childhood setting, a current Arizona driver’s license, three years of driving experience, and the ability to pass background and fingerprint checks. Bilingual Spanish ability is preferred, and the salary is $21.63-$27.09 depending on education and experience.
