Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality organizations, establish and improve quality processes, manage program quality requirements, oversee product acceptance, and lead root-cause and corrective-action activities. The role requires at least five years of quality experience, three years of leadership experience, aerospace or manufacturing experience, functional inspection experience, and familiarity with QMS, inspection methodologies, APQP, and related tools. The position offers a summary pay range of $72,850 to $111,700 and includes health insurance and other eligible benefits.
