SV Microwave is hiring a full-time, entry-level Quality Generalist in West Palm Beach, Florida, to support the Quality Department through reviewing and organizing First Article Inspection Reports and Acceptance Test Plans, inspecting and releasing finished products, coordinating customer and government inspections, assisting incoming inspection or assembly, entering quality data, and maintaining quality records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or office experience, ability to read basic engineering drawings, computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, and strong organization and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include prior quality inspection experience, aerospace or defense manufacturing knowledge, relevant industry certifications, ERP software experience, and problem-solving skills.
