The Quality Improvement Analyst for Acacia Network Housing supports the Senior Director of Quality Improvement by managing data, analyzing service-delivery and outcome indicators, coordinating audits and compliance activities, developing corrective action plans and investigations, and monitoring implementation across transitional housing portfolios. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, significant transitional housing or shelter experience, project coordination experience, familiarity with DHS and OTDA data systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to communicate and coach staff.
