Description

The Residential Incident Monitor supports the Quality Improvement team for Residential programs by conducting comprehensive incident reviews, tracking, and investigations. Reporting to the QI Supervisor or Support Services Manager, the role requires flexibility in managing work assignments. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in child welfare and/or residential services is required; a master’s degree and residential incident or abuse-prevention experience are preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, while statistical background experience is preferred.
