Description
The Quality Inspection Supervisor leads and manages the Quality Inspection team, overseeing inspection and quality-control procedures for purchased, in-process, and finished products. The role supports manufacturing quality and efficiency, monitors inspection costs and labor utilization, recommends inspection improvements, maintains quality documentation and equipment calibration, coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, and customer stakeholders, and ensures safety and environmental compliance. The position requires U.S. citizenship, at least 3–5 years of quality-supervisor experience, electronics production and manufacturing experience, IPC, J-STD, and Mil-Spec inspection knowledge, and a two-year technical degree or equivalent.
