Description
The Quality Inspector inspects machined parts and assemblies for conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. The role uses precision measuring tools and ZEISS CMM equipment, develops and runs CALYPSO inspection programs, documents inspection results, creates Non-Conformance Reports, and collaborates with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues. It requires at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of GD&T and applicable quality standards, and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is a plus. The position offers a hybrid work model and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $21.15 to $41.83.
