Description
The Quality Inspector ensures metal-mechanic automotive components meet customer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. The role performs dimensional and visual inspections, uses calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM, verifies GD&T and engineering drawings, documents inspection results and non-conformances, monitors production processes, supports audits, and helps with corrective actions. The position requires a high school diploma or technical certification, automotive manufacturing quality-control experience, GD&T and measurement knowledge, and familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
