Description
The role performs independent field inspection and quality-control activities for welding, painting, electrical, instrumentation, telecommunication, and equipment systems during project execution. Responsibilities include verifying product conformity, reviewing drawings and inspection plans, conducting fit-up and welding checks, monitoring materials and welder/procedure qualifications, performing surveillance and internal audits, tracking corrective actions, and preparing inspection reports and certification packages. The position requires at least five years of quality-control or related experience across the listed inspection areas and a minimum three-year diploma in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation.
