Description
The Quality Technician inspects incoming materials, purchased components, and finished parts; performs in-process and final inspections; uses calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment; interprets blueprints, engineering drawings, material specifications, and GD&T requirements; coordinates and performs internal calibrations; maintains inspection records; and supports continuous improvement. The role requires at least two years of manufacturing and metrology experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, the ability to read technical drawings, and a high school diploma or GED preferred. The position works in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, may require lifting up to 50 pounds, and typically follows a Monday-Friday production schedule with occasional nights and weekends.
