Description
Merit Brass is hiring a Quality Inspector in Cleveland, Ohio, to perform in-process, first-piece, final, and purchased-product inspections of pipe, nipples, and related manufacturing materials. The role uses rulers, calipers, micrometers, gauges, PMI equipment, blueprints, and GD&T information; maintains traceability documentation; communicates inspection adjustments to supervisors; and supports quality improvement and safety. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, while manufacturing or inspection experience is preferred. The position requires physical work including lifting pipe and occasionally heavy carts, and may require overtime. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered.
