Description
The Quality Inspector performs incoming, first-article, in-process, finished-goods, and customer-returns inspections; matches materials to purchase orders; processes returns and related paperwork; maintains inspection records; identifies defects; coordinates disposition of nonconforming material; and supports audits, calibrations, and QMS compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, some college preferred, and 12 months of related experience in quality assurance or control inspection, manufacturing, or higher education. It also requires use of measuring tools, Microsoft applications, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and move a supply cart weighing approximately 100 pounds.
