Textron Systems is hiring a Quality Inspector to validate the quality of complex electro-mechanical assemblies and other weapon-system hardware. The role performs manual, visual, and dimensional inspections; uses CMM equipment and automated measurement workflows; applies IPC and J-STD-001 standards; supports material traceability; and collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Operations. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of similar experience, engineering-drawing and GD&T knowledge, IPC certification or the ability to obtain it, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
