Description
The Quality Inspector verifies manufacturing products and components against specifications using manual measuring tools, CMMs, blueprints, GD&T, and metrology equipment. The role supports operator buyoffs, customer documentation, Voss quality-system and ISO accreditation activities, quality reporting, audits, process improvement, calibration, and documentation for heat treat, machining, welding, and materials. It requires a high school diploma or GED, strong blueprint-reading and GD&T skills, metrology proficiency, computer skills, and attention to detail; 2+ years of quality-inspection or related experience is preferred. Compensation is $18–$26 per hour.
