Description
The Aircraft Interior Inspector performs inspections and audits of aircraft interior components, materials, processes, assemblies, and incoming products to verify compliance with engineering specifications, FAA regulations, and company quality standards. The role uses precision measuring instruments, generates inspection and first-article reports, maintains traceability, documents nonconformances, coordinates with stakeholders and FAA DAR, and supports part marking and packaging. It is a temporary agency-employed position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of aircraft interior inspection or related aerospace quality experience, along with knowledge of measuring devices, quality processes, blueprints, engineering programs, and AS9100.
