Plexus is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform routine and repetitive visual inspections of sub-assemblies and HLA-level products during manufacturing, using magnifiers, lot sampling, or 100% inspection. The role also involves root-cause activities, entering standardized information into GSF, maintaining 5S work-area standards, escalating issues, and maintaining QA certification. Candidates need a middle school certificate, six months of related manufacturing experience, PCBA manufacturing knowledge, inspection and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. The position offers a salary range of $38,800 to $58,200 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
