Siemens Mobility is hiring a Quality Inspector/Materials Testing Specialist/Measurement Technician for its Krefeld rail-vehicle manufacturing site. The role monitors manufacturing and welding quality in raw and structural production, performs VT2 and PT2 inspections, conducts conventional and optical measurements, prepares and executes inspection tests, develops measurement programs, analyzes results, and supports corrective actions and process optimization. Candidates need a relevant technical vocational qualification or comparable metalworking education, professional experience in quality assurance, inspection, or measurement technology, knowledge of welding and measurement technologies, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and good German language skills. The position is part of a long-term assignment with employment-contract compensation, industry supplements, bonuses, pension provision, and medical preventive care.
