Description
The role supports quality and test engineering activities in a manufacturing environment, including generating non-conformance and defect summaries, leading root-cause analysis, supporting Quality and Test Engineers, developing quality processes, administering part sales orders and quotes, and handling transformer warranty issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering at sophomore or junior standing, Electrical Engineering Fundamentals coursework, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. The position is primarily office-based with shop-floor time at Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc., on a large manufacturing campus.
