Baxter is hiring a Quality Lab Associate I to perform chemical quantitative and qualitative analysis of intravenous solutions, sets, devices, raw materials, and plant water using wet chemistry and instrumental methods. The role involves laboratory instrumentation, data collection, protocol preparation, deviation investigation, regulatory compliance, documentation, and adherence to cGMP and environmental health and safety requirements. Candidates need a science degree or equivalent experience, quantitative analysis or equivalent laboratory experience, and 0–3 years of experience; instrumental analysis experience is preferred. The position offers an estimated base salary of $68,000–$85,000 annually and requires U.S. work authorization, with no visa sponsorship.
