Solid Power is hiring a Laboratory Manager to lead a team supporting analytical testing for solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot and pre-pilot lines. The role oversees laboratory operations, quality assurance and quality management systems, regulatory compliance, equipment calibration and maintenance, staff scheduling and training, safety, documentation, audits, and quality improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of laboratory experience in manufacturing, and at least four years in a supervisory or management role. The position offers a salary of $110,000–$145,000 per year and is onsite.
