Description
Baxter is hiring a Quality Lab Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations for testing raw materials, in-process samples, finished pharmaceutical products, and environmental monitoring samples. The role supervises laboratory personnel, ensures compliance with FDA, cGMP, GLP, USP, and other regulatory requirements, maintains data integrity and laboratory safety, supports equipment maintenance and calibration, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related science with chemistry coursework, 4–6 years of healthcare-industry experience, and knowledge of pharmaceutical laboratory equipment and quality and regulatory requirements. The estimated base salary is $80,000–$110,000 annually, with possible discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical and dental coverage.
