The role operates laboratory equipment, calibrates instruments, records and analyzes test data, reports quality issues, and maintains laboratory compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least two years of laboratory or testing experience in a production or manufacturing environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; chemical-laboratory and calibration experience are preferred.
