Standex International is hiring a full-time Quality Lab Technician in Fraser, Michigan, to perform production-floor and laboratory quality inspections and testing for automotive interior trim components. The role involves visual, dimensional, and functional inspection; operation of calipers, gauges, peel testers, and 3D scanners; accurate quality data documentation; nonconforming-material containment; root-cause and corrective-action support; audits; IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance; launch support; and continuous improvement. A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years of quality, laboratory, inspection, or manufacturing experience and automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
