Description
The Quality Lab Technician supports product quality for automotive interior trim components by performing inspections and testing on the manufacturing floor and in the quality laboratory. The role includes dimensional and functional inspections, use of measurement and scanning equipment, data collection, nonconforming-material disposition, root-cause investigations, quality audits, and support for IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance. The position reports to the Plant Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
