Brahma AI is hiring a remote Quality Lead to establish and drive a strategic quality framework across Brahma Studio, a high-fidelity digital human creation engine. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the role will coach developers on testing architecture and quality ownership, establish reliability standards and objective quality benchmarks, govern test-management tooling and release processes, and align asynchronous workflows with the shared QA team. The position requires proven quality leadership, the ability to translate subjective requirements into measurable standards, and experience with test-management platforms and cross-team collaboration.
