Gallagher Security is hiring a Quality Lead - High Security in Hamilton to provide technical and people leadership across quality practices in its High Security Squad’s Product Development. The role will establish and improve quality standards, embed quality early in agile delivery, champion automation and CI/CD, support release readiness, and lead and mentor test analysts. Candidates need significant software testing or quality engineering experience in agile environments, strong manual and automated testing expertise, exposure to functional and non-functional testing, and the ability to lead and coach others. The position requires a security clearance to at least Confidential level and eligibility to obtain it under the stated residency requirements.
