Description
Organon is hiring a Quality Lead for its Cramlington pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Quality Head, the role leads six QA Specialists and Qualified Persons, oversees quality and regulatory compliance for a high-volume packaging operation, manages QMS documentation and audits, drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and partners with production and supply chain. The position requires pharmaceutical industry experience, leadership and strategic thinking, strong communication, a degree in a relevant scientific or statistical discipline or equivalent experience, and familiarity with CI tools; QP qualification is desirable but not essential. The role is regular, does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship, and has one opening.
