Description
SysAid is hiring a Quality Lead to own quality gates, production testing, monitoring, evaluation, and governance for an AI-native software delivery organization. The role will build and lead a quality function of approximately nine people, establish reliability and performance standards, and have independent authority to block or fail outputs that do not meet quality requirements. The position requires at least seven years of software quality or QA engineering experience, including team leadership, and is based in or workable from the company’s Ukraine delivery center.
