Description
The Quality Engineering Leader is responsible for the overall quality of Howmet products and shipments, customer satisfaction, employee quality knowledge, AS9100 and customer compliance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems. The role leads quality objectives and audits, coordinates resources and projects, resolves quality issues, communicates quality requirements across the organization, and develops quality engineers and technicians. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of quality-related experience, and at least one year of leadership experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
