O-I is hiring a Project Engineer Co-op for its Quality Leadership Development Program at its global headquarters in Perrysburg, Ohio. The 12- to 16-week rotational program combines hands-on quality and manufacturing work with structured training, including testing and analysis of glass containers, statistical problem-solving, design studies, complaint investigations, measurements, reporting, and exposure to batch and furnace operations, forming machines, inspection, packaging, and quality assurance. Participants will collaborate with manufacturing plants, customers, and corporate teams, with potential travel to O-I facilities and customer locations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or a related field, strong communication and collaboration skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; O-I does not sponsor work visas for internships or co-op positions.
