Description
The employer is hiring a Quality Management and Process Optimization specialist for its newly created staff function in the Kehl region. The role owns quality management systems, analyzes and optimizes logistics processes, supports projects and new standards, advises customers, manages key-account customers, maintains transport tariffs, and supports branch management. The position requires vocational training or a business degree in forwarding, transport, or logistics, plus operational experience in logistics, forwarding, quality management, or process management; experience with quality management systems is preferred. The role reports directly to branch management.
