SmartPetPro GmbH is hiring for a Quality Management and R&D role at its Dessau/Rodleben production site. The position is responsible for the entire quality management area, including quality assurance and research and development, establishing and monitoring the quality management system, implementing market and customer requirements, and collaborating with the managing director and department heads. Candidates should have knowledge of quality management and HACCP, ideally experience in food or animal nutrition production, and strong communication skills; German is required and English is advantageous.
