PHARCONA GmbH is hiring a Quality Management Associate to perform production checks, initiate corrective actions, handle customer complaints, analyze quality KPIs, train employees, maintain quality management documents, support audits, monitor hold and release processes, and contribute to HACCP and validation activities. The role requires vocational training or a degree in a relevant field, quality management or assurance experience, knowledge of IFS Food/HPC, HACCP, and GMP, strong communication skills, and German and English proficiency. The company is located in the Münsterland region.
