Description
The Quality Management Systems Manager is responsible for maintaining, developing, and monitoring an integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GDP; ensuring compliance with standards and regulations; managing audits, deviations, corrective actions, and improvement processes; preparing management reports and metrics; and training departments and managers. The role requires a degree or vocational training with further training in quality or management systems, experience establishing or maintaining ISO-based management systems, knowledge of audit and document control, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English. The position is based at Swissterminal AG in Frenkendorf.
