Mountain Community Health is hiring a Quality Data Analyst to own the technical integrity of healthcare data and the quality-improvement work it drives. The role covers quality measure definitions, eClinicalWorks and UDS reporting, dashboards, quality calendars, PDSA cycles, registries, care-gap reports, and stratified analyses. The analyst will partner with a physician Quality Clinical Lead and other clinical and operational leaders, requiring independent data analysis, advanced Excel and EHR reporting, project management, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
