The Quality Manager at ADDMAN Advanced Metals - Statesville will lead the site's quality efforts, focusing on developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves ensuring compliance with various international standards like ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP, particularly in aerospace and defense contexts. The manager will oversee audit readiness, contract compliance, and quality processes throughout the product lifecycle, acting as a central point of contact for quality-related interactions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
