Description
Mortenson is hiring an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage quality systems on medium to large construction projects. The role includes implementing quality management plans, leading quality control and corrective actions, reviewing project plans, managing quality events and non-conformance notices, overseeing third-party testing agencies, managing subcontractor and supplier quality programs, and mentoring field and project engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in design, engineering, or construction with project quality-system leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Primavera Unifier, quality-system knowledge, issue-management and inspection experience, project-management and supervision training, and a current driver's license.
