Description
The Quality Manager will establish and maintain the quality management system, analyze work methods and data, organize incoming, in-process, and final inspections, follow up on non-conformities, and coordinate quality activities across production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and customers. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, relevant QA/QC experience in a production or technical environment, strong communication skills, and excellent Dutch; knowledge of quality standards and audits is valuable, while French and/or English is a plus.
