Description
AnySignal is hiring a Quality Manager to build and lead its quality function across development and production. The role owns the quality management system, quality team, inspection processes, supplier quality, MRB and CAPA workflows, and cross-functional improvement initiatives while ensuring product reliability and compliance from design through manufacturing and testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of manufacturing quality experience, and at least three years leading teams or major cross-functional quality initiatives. The estimated base salary is $140,000-$160,000 per year plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401K benefits.
