Arconic is hiring a Quality Manager for its Business and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas. The role oversees quality assurance systems, product configuration, inspection, test laboratory certification, calibrations, manufacturing operations, process engineering, AS9100 accreditation, quality-focused kaizen events, new product quality requirements, and the development of a quality team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in metallurgy, technology, engineering, or a related discipline, at least seven years of lean manufacturing experience, and at least five years of supervisory experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
